Once you invite us to quote for your system, our Sales Administration Team will contact you to set up an appointment for our system designer to visit site to discuss your needs, give you expert advice and work with you through potentially difficult decisions (particularly if your knowledge of security systems is limited), making sure it’s right for you.

Having accepted our quotation, our Installation Department will contact you to arrange a convenient date for the work to begin.  All our installations are undertaken by fully trained technicians, all of whom are direct employees who will treat your property with respect.

When the system has been commissioned and is ready for hand-over, our technicians will make sure the operatives are confident when using the system.  If you have any queries, our technical experts are always at the end of a phone or, if necessary, can return to site to run through things with you again.  Afterwards, our Customer Services team are at your service - their details are on our Help Desk page.

For those who select a maintenance package, our Service Department will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for us to service your system, and we guarantee to respond to any problems within the timescale stated in your contract.

For those who don’t choose a maintenance contract but who may experience a rare problem with their system, our technical experts are always happy to talk things through.  If we need to come to site, we respond quickly - quite often, on the same day - and call outs are charged per quarter of an hour.

If you need something that is not listed - for example, architectural ironmongery or car park barriers and bollards (which we do although there is limited mention of them here on the website at present), please contact us and we can help even if we don't sell what your after.  There are very few aspects of security that we don’t cover but if we don’t, we’ll generally know someone who does.
