Intruder Alarm Keyholders

Through the popularity of mobile phones and their improved coverage, policies have relaxed somewhat of late.  However, for monitored systems, Christie Intruder Alarms Ltd, the Environmental Health Agency and all of the South's Police Forces all still prefer the full name and address of at least two keyholders that adhere to the criteria below:

• Preferably, two in addition to those residing at the premises
• At least two of the keyholders must have a telephone number
• Can normally attend the premises within 20 Minutes (24 hours daily)

It is only necessary to fill in additional information if adding to an existing keyholder lists.

IMPORTANT - In the interest of security, a contact number is required.  This is so that a member of the department can telephone you in order to activate the changes.  You will be asked to provide the alarm account and passcode numbers (please have them handy).  This will take place during normal office hours.  If an urgent keyholder change needs to be made outside of normal office hours, please call 023 9226 5111.
