and Technology

Throughout CIA's 40 year history, we have recognised the power of training, qualifying as 'Investors in People' in 1995. Regular audits ensure that this standard is maintained.

Our installation and service engineers receive the highest standard of on-going in-house training - we have two training rooms - and service technicians are also trained to ensure they are familiar with superseded equipment.

Our trainee engineers follow an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering and attend Southdowns College for a minimum of two years to gain a level 3 NVQ.

We are proud of the fact that many of the numerous apprentices we have trained have stayed with the company. Indeed, the Managing Director and 85% of the current Management Team joined the company as trainees.
