Below are links to CIA's (Christie Intruder Alarms Limited's) Terms and Conditions.  We have two different sets of Ts and Cs; one is for purchases from our online store, and the other is for service and maintenance.  Our service and maintenance Ts and Cs are also shown on the reverse of all renewal invoices.

Standardising our various Terms and Conditions types

Like other companies, CIA's Terms and Conditions have evolved over the years.  For us, this has been further complicated by various company acquisitions that saw us trading as Gardner Security, State Digital Security and Capital Security Systems.  At the time of the acquisitions, we respected those companies' Terms and Conditions for existing customers.

However, now that we have consolidated the companies and trade only as CIA, we've consolidated our Ts and Cs as well to make them uniform, clear and fair, and these can be found on the link below.
