All Domonial peripheral devices are wireless, including the sounders and the keypads: Domonial systems can be installed discretely and do not detract from the user’s interior decoration, while providing optimum security.
The installer has the advantage of installation time reduced to a minimum.
The control panel comprises the main components of the security installation with an integrated sounder and transmitter, PSTN or GSM (as an option). To provide the best offer adapted to the needs of each client, it is possible to complete the installation with up to 32 peripheral devices with one wire output, an X10 connection and additional peripheral devices – smoke detectors, movement detectors with integrated cameras etc.
With its present design, the remote control panel was created for the user’s convenience. The user can take it anywhere in the house to activate the chimes, control electrical appliances or part arming. The temporary exclusion function for a detector makes it possible to isolate a room for a domestic animal or for house work.
Thanks to a range of over 2 km in free field, the system can be installed on traditional construction sites without restriction. The installer can verify the reliability of the system by controlling the radio range displayed upon registering on the programming tools.
The use of narrow band FM radio provides increased resistance to interface and detector and sounder monitoring increases the security system throughout its entire lifetime.
The peripheral devices can operate independently for and average of 4 years, which reduces the need for site visits.
They all use standard, inexpensive CR123 lithium batteries.
The Domonial operates on PSTN, GSM and GPRS* as main or back up connection to the network, to provide the appropriate level of security for a site or to adapt to a particular configuration.
Two protocols are configured and distributed across 8 call directions to transmit each alarm to multiple platforms or to the final user.
Using the mobile keypad, radio devices can be installed and registered in a single step, eliminating going back and forth to the control panel. Products can be prepared in a few clicks using the configuration forms on a PC or PDA with an SD card, so as to perform time-saving, quality installations.
All the tools provide an installation test option with dynamic displaying of results.
The Domonial can be programmed locally or remotely. The preparation of datasheets on a PC or a PDA equipped with an SD card makes it possible to implement quality installations quickly.
The programming tool provides dynamic global diagnostics of the site as well as a log of 1000 events, detailed or filtered, which can be saved on a PDA card or on a PC for offline analysis.
Saving the datasheets and the logs guarantees the security of the installation.
The PE alarm receiver connected to the IST technical server makes it maintenance operations possible to automate installation and maintenance procedures to reduce their costs: programming of systematic maintenance operations on incoming calls; automatic help for installation engineers by voice server; synchronisation with the operator’s other management systems.
